Bradley Rein, the driver who caused the deadly accident at the Hingham Apple Store.


He is now charged with reckless homicide by motor vehicle.


Kevin Bradley, 65, of New Jersey was killed when the SUV crashed through the Apple store.


According to his attorney, it was an "unfortunate accident."

District Attorney Tim Cruz said Rein was arrested Monday night by the Hingham Police.


Rein pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Hingham District Court.

A witness who was outside the store estimated the SUV was going around 60 miles per hour.

She told investigators the driver didn't slow down and hit the store.


However, He was ordered held on $100,000 cash bail.


He was also ordered not to drive and not to leave the state without the court's permission.


Rein told investigators he had no medical issues that would impair his ability to drive.
